Yesterday was step one of the the plaster of paris “porcelain” vases. The afternoon activity was bowling (since we knew it was going to rain and it did). In the evening, a number of campers went to see Oklahoma (the musical) at the Round Barn Theater. Most of the teens watched movies, one of which was “A Great Wall”) and many of the little kids watched “Kung Fu Panda” (well, some of the big kids did too). Abby and Suzy Kriser thought it was really nice that the evening snack was noodle soup, just like the noodle soup in Kung Fu Panda.
This morning the preteens are making chinese abacuses and painting vases. The main afternoon activity is a farm tour on Amish Acres. I’m sure there will be some swimming if the weather holds.
